Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Dubai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing daily schedules, providing executive administrative support, maintaining diaries, and performing various clerical tasks. The role will involve regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient support to executives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational tasks
  • Capability in performing Clerical Skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with standard office software and tools
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Travel for Job
