Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the owner and his family.
* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international).
* Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with the utmost discretion.
* Act as the primary point of contact for personal matters, ensuring smooth communication flow.
* Coordinate and liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Organise family events, from logistics to final execution.
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and manage expenses and budgets where required.
* Handle ad hoc requests with flexibility and a high level of professionalism.

* 5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals.
