Mohamed Abousamra Designs a leading architecture and interior design company in Egypt is looking for a Personal Assistant & Receptionist to support the executive office and ensure smooth coordination across daily operations.
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive individual who can manage schedules, communication, and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining the company's high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, client records, and project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Support general office administration, including inventory and supplier coordination.
- Uphold a professional image as the first point of contact for the company.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role (preferably in architecture, design, or corporate environments).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
