As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's daily activities personally/professionally. This position requires someone who is professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Your role will involve a blend of administrative support and basic marketing tasks, making it ideal for someone with a keen interest in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns under the guidance of the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination as needed.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff members on behalf of the CEO.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • English and Arabic preferred languages.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience with social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong personality with the ability to manage challenging situations and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Very good looking and presentable, as the role involves frequent interaction with clients and partners.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
