Job Description:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's daily activities personally/professionally. This position requires someone who is professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Your role will involve a blend of administrative support and basic marketing tasks, making it ideal for someone with a keen interest in both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns under the guidance of the marketing team.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in event planning and coordination as needed.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff members on behalf of the CEO.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- English and Arabic preferred languages.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience with social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong personality with the ability to manage challenging situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- Very good looking and presentable, as the role involves frequent interaction with clients and partners.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
