Personal Assistant to the Chairman & Managing Director

Location : 2nd Industrial Area, 6th October

Job Purpose

The Personal Assistant supports the Chairman and Managing Director in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing administrative and logistical support. This role requires strong organizational skills, high discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chairman and Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the Chairman and Managing Director.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and document management.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports when required.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and stakeholder communication professionally.
  • Support task prioritization and special projects assigned by the Chairman and Managing Director.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
