Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will manage the CEO's schedule, facilitate effective communication, handle administrative and clerical tasks, and maintain confidentiality in all professional matters. Responsibilities also include providing support for business operations, coordinating meetings, managing appointments, and ensuring the CEO's daily activities run seamlessly.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to senior leadership
  • Strong skills in Diary Management, scheduling, and organizing executive calendars
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing correspondence, documentation, and meeting arrangements
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field are advantageous
