Job Description

We are seeking a professional and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior executive. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: AED 6,000 7,500 (based on experience)

Availability: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and calls, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Organize meetings and events, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and support ad hoc projects.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
