Job Summary :
The Executive Assistant to the General Manager provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the GM's office operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage the GM's calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the GM
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents
Operational & Strategic Support
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business reviews
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and initiatives
- Track key projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion
- Support planning and execution of company events and leadership meetings
Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, partners, and clients
- Draft professional communications and briefing materials
Confidentiality & Judgment
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Anticipate the GM's needs and proactively resolve issues
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant 8-10 Years
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred
- Experience supporting senior executives or general management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience in project coordination or operations support
