Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner

Position Overview
Khedive Law Firm is a premier legal practice seeking a highly disciplined, discreet, and strategically minded Executive Personal Assistant to directly support our Managing Partner. You will act as the primary coordination hub between the Managing Partner and senior lawyers, media outlets, and strategic vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Operations: Manage and optimize the Managing Partner's complex daily and long-term calendar, prioritizing engagements against firm objectives.
- Bilingual Communications: Draft, review, and perfect high-level professional correspondence and documentation in both Arabic and English.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the professional gatekeeper and key liaison for VIP clients, marketing/PR agencies, and external advisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Maximum 7 years of Experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Degrees in Law, Business Administration, or International Relations are heavily preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record as an Executive or Personal Assistant to senior leadership. Experience within a corporate law firm, financial institution, or top-tier consulting environment is highly valued.
- Languages: Native-level Arabic and minimum C1/fluent proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Excellent drafting and editing skills in both languages are mandatory.
- Geography: Must Live in vicinity of New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis or ( East Cairo)
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car to facilitate flexible attendance at external meetings and events.
- Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration systems.
