- Maintain the quality of applications brought in for satisfactory approval rates.
- Maintain Product mix to ensure profitability of business.
- Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer.
- Ensure adherence to Credit and Policy guidelines in sourcing customers by maintaining quality of applicants and proper documentation.
- Manage bulk sourcing of customers from corporate sector and exploiting sales opportunities by translating them into fruitful business relationships.
- Follow the documentation policy guidelines while accepting the documents from the customer.
- Interaction with Team Leader regarding expectations and to ensure target achievements.

- Responsible for honestly assisting the customer in achieving his objectives through courteous and friendly service, accurate promises keeping within the service delivery standards set by the bank.
- Should have complete product & policy information to ensure necessary documents are provided by the customer before submission to ensure smooth TAT.
