Job Description

About the Job

DemaDose is building a serious B2B SaaS platform that helps business owners build their own mobile applications without writing code. We are not building a demo project. We are building a real product for real businesses.

As we continue growing our product and brand, we are looking for a Content Director Intern who wants to take real ownership of our content and learn how to build content around a real business.

This is not a role where you simply publish posts or follow a content calendar.

You will help us find, plan, write, manage, and improve content for DemaDose and its founders.

You will learn how to take real business ideas, problems, opinions, products, and experiences and turn them into content that gets attention and helps grow the business.

Who This Is For

This internship is ideal for:

  • Students or recent graduates interested in content and marketing
  • People who want to build a career in business content
  • People who enjoy writing and coming up with content ideas
  • Individuals interested in startups, SaaS, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and business
  • People who understand that good content starts with a good idea, not just good editing
  • Self-motivated people who want real responsibility
  • People who want to build a strong portfolio through real startup work
  • Individuals who enjoy understanding businesses and finding content opportunities
What You'll Do

You will help lead the content direction for DemaDose and its founders.

You will:

  • Research DemaDose, our customers, market, competitors, and industry
  • Find content opportunities based on real business problems and conversations
  • Come up with a high volume of content ideas
  • Write short-form video scripts and other business content
  • Turn business knowledge, founder experiences, opinions, and lessons into content
  • Develop strong hooks, angles, and storytelling directions
  • Build and manage content calendars
  • Create content briefs for editors
  • Tell editors how each piece of content should be structured and edited
  • Review edited content and give clear feedback
  • Work directly with founders to turn their ideas into content
  • Repurpose strong ideas into different pieces of content
  • Test different topics, hooks, formats, and angles
  • Monitor content performance and identify what is working
  • Use performance data to improve future content
  • Help build a consistent content style for the founder and business
  • Look for ways content can support DemaDose's marketing, sales, and growth

You will not be expected to film videos, hold a camera, or work on set.

Your job is to own the content thinking and execution process behind the content.
