As a Personal Concierge Supervisor, you're not just overseeing day-to-day guest services operations – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead Guest Relations: Supervise daily Personal Concierge and Guest Relations operations. Ensure seamless and personalized guest service.
  • Deliver Luxury Service: Anticipate guest needs and ensure service meets Waldorf Astoria and Forbes standards.
  • Manage VIP Guests: Build strong relationships with VIPs and repeat guests. Ensure discreet and personalized service.
  • Handle Guest Concerns: Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Drive service recovery and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Guest Services: Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Lead the Team: Coach, motivate, and develop team members. Monitor performance and service standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
  • Maintain Guest Profiles: Ensure accurate guest preferences, requests, and VIP information are recorded and communicated.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role in in Guest Relations, Personal Concierge, Concierge, or Front Office.
  • Luxury 5-star hotel experience is required.
  • Experience handling VIPs and high-profile guests.
  • Forbes Travel Guide experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong service recovery and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong luxury service mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
