Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for a private individual or family. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a clean driving record, and a professional demeanor. Confidentiality, discretion, and flexibility are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive the employer to and from various locations, including work, appointments, meetings, social events, airports, etc.
- Maintain punctuality and plan routes to avoid delays and ensure on-time arrivals.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times.
- Regularly inspect the vehicle and ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions and adjust travel routes as necessary.
- Run errands and perform occasional deliveries or pickups as requested.
- Maintain daily trip logs, fuel usage, and mileage records if required.
- Assist with loading and unloading items if needed.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the employer and their personal/business matters.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal or professional driver.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and local routes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, honesty, and professionalism.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Physically fit and able to sit for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience driving luxury or high-end vehicles.
- Defensive driving training or certification.
- Ability to assist with minor administrative or household tasks if required.
