Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Executive Assistant. The Personal Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing calendars, handling email communication, and preparing detailed expense reports. Additional tasks include providing executive support to senior leadership and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring timely and efficient execution of various tasks will be an essential part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven expertise in Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is a plus
