Job Purpose
The Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist will deliver personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle programmes that help members achieve measurable results in strength, fitness, body composition and overall wellbeing, while providing a premium and highly professional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one and small-group training sessions based on members goals, fitness levels and individual needs.
- Develop and monitor programs focused on strength, conditioning, body transformation, mobility and overall performance.
- Provide qualified nutrition and healthy lifestyle guidance to complement training programmes and support sustainable results.
- Coach members on recovery, sleep, hydration and lifestyle habits, while providing ongoing motivation and accountability.
- Conduct regular assessments and track client progress, adjusting programs based on results and individual needs.
- Build strong member relationships and deliver a high-quality, personalized and professional client experience.
- Promote personal training and wellness services and contribute to PT sales, client retention and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all training practices meet health, safety and professional standards.
- Maintain a professional, polished and well-groomed appearance consistent with a premium fitness brand.
- Stay updated on current developments in fitness, nutrition, recovery and wellness.
Requirements
- Recognized Personal Training qualification (REPs Level 3 or equivalent).
- recognized Nutrition / Health Coaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant personal training experience, preferably in a premium gym, health club or private-client environment.
- Proven experience in body transformation, strength training and client results.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- CPR, AED and First Aid certification.
- Professional, confident and approachable personality with strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- English fluency required; additional languages are an advantage.
