The Role

As a Mobile Personal Trainer, you'll manage a full portfolio of clients across Dubai, delivering personalized training sessions while building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals. This is a performance-based position where your income directly reflects your ability to convert assessments, retain clients, and maintain consistent session volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Train clients in their homes, villas, building gyms, or outdoors to PTD standards
• Convert 30+ monthly booked assessments (provided by PTD) into minimum 10 paying, long-term clients
• Make training the highlight of the day for clients who may be new to fitness
• Build retention through weekly measurements, habit coaching, and consistent follow-ups
• Submit daily notes for new clients and weekly progress reports for all
• Attend weekly team meetings and strategy calls
• Communicate quickly and manage time effectively between sessions
• Maintain professional standards and punctuality at all times

Compensation Structure

100% Performance-Based:

• Base Rate: 100 AED per session
• Volume Bonuses (Monthly):
• 100 sessions +2,000 AED
• 130 sessions +3,000 AED total bonus
• 150 sessions +4,000 AED total bonus

Performance Incentives:

• Assessment Conversion: +200 AED per closed assessment
• Referral Bonus: +500 AED per client referred by your clients
• Loyalty Pay Raises:
• After 36 sessions with a client 115 AED/session
• After 72 sessions with a client 125 AED/session
• Retention Bonus: Eligible after 6 months for keeping clients long-term
• Testimonials & Reviews: +200 AED for every 5 client videos + 5 Google 5-star reviews additional bonus

Support During Ramp (Months 1-2):

• 4,000 AED monthly support (includes car and fuel assistance)
• Support applies until you complete 40+ sessions in a month, then you transition to full performance pay

• By day 90: Consistently hitting 130+ sessions/month, building strong retention, eligible for maximum bonuses

Growth Path

PTD is built for long-term careers. After two years of strong performance and meeting leadership criteria, you can qualify to become a Team Captain leading and mentoring other coaches while earning additional incentives and recognition.

Requirements

• 2+ years personal training experience with proven client results
• Valid PT certification (REPs UAE, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
• UAE driving license
• Fluent English communication
• Full-time availability
• Ability to work early mornings and evenings
• Comfortable driving across Abu Dhabi for sessions
