+What You'll Do

As a Personal Trainer with PTD Fitness, you'll deliver personalized, high-quality training and support to your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customized Training Sessions: Conduct 7-8 personalized sessions per day at clients locations, tailoring programs to meet their individual fitness goals.
• Client Accountability: Keep clients motivated and on track with regular follow-ups and progress assessments.
• Effective Communication: Stay connected with clients and the team through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person check-ins.
• Program Design: Use the PTD Fitness app to develop, manage, and adjust workout plans based on client assessments and goals.
• Retention Focus: Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering retention and continuous results.
• Continuous Development: Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on fitness trends and professional growth opportunities.
• Professionalism & Punctuality: Represent PTD Fitness with integrity and ensure timely, prepared, and high-quality service delivery.

+What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A valid Personal Trainer Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset to overcome challenges and drive results.
• A genuine passion for fitness, health, and client transformation.
• A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for delivering 7-8 sessions daily.
• Teamwork skills to collaborate and grow alongside a supportive team.
• A love for continuous learning and professional development.
• Time management skills to maintain an organized and productive schedule.
