The Role
- Train clients in homes/villas/building gyms/outdoors to PTD standards
- Make sessions the highlight of the day (many clients are first-time trainees)
- Convert booked assessments (30+ / month provided) into paying, long-term clients
- Retain clients: weekly measurements, habit coaching, proactive follow-ups
- Submit daily notes for new clients + weekly progress reports for all (PTD templates; not in app)
- Be on time; manage routes; communicate fast on WhatsApp
- Represent the brand professionally the PTD T-shirt is a badge of honor

- Daily communication with your Team Leader (targets, feedback, problem-solving)
