Position Title: Personnel Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personnel Coordinator to join our team at Premier Services and Recruitment, a subsidiary of Premier Group.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Follow up on resolving insurance-related issues, including Form 1 (enrollment), Form 2 (employee data update), and Form 6 (termination), and prepare detailed reports accordingly.
- Coordinate and complete inspection procedures required by government agencies, with clients.
- Handle the opening and closing of company files at various social insurance offices.
- Manage procedures related to work follow up with medical committees and government health insurance.
- Respond to and track customer inquiries and service requests.
- Monitoring the company's outstanding debts and following up with the finance department for payment.
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of social insurance and labor law.
- Ability to handle governmental procedures and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and official entities.
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks with accurancy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with administrative correspondence and tracking systems.
