Job Description

Position Title: Personnel Coordinator

Industry: Human Resources Services

Location: Maadi, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personnel Coordinator to join our team at Premier Services and Recruitment, a subsidiary of Premier Group.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Follow up on resolving insurance-related issues, including Form 1 (enrollment), Form 2 (employee data update), and Form 6 (termination), and prepare detailed reports accordingly.
  • Coordinate and complete inspection procedures required by government agencies, with clients.
  • Handle the opening and closing of company files at various social insurance offices.
  • Manage procedures related to work follow up with medical committees and government health insurance.
  • Respond to and track customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Monitoring the company's outstanding debts and following up with the finance department for payment.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of social insurance and labor law.
  • Ability to handle governmental procedures and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and official entities.
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks with accurancy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with administrative correspondence and tracking systems.
