Job Role:
The Personnel Intern will support the HR/Personnel team in executing tasks related to employee affairs. The role includes assisting with daily HR operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and coordinating with relevant parties as needed. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes and organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute assigned tasks related to employee affairs.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with relevant departments or parties as required.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Support HR team in special projects and day-to-day activities.
