Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Personnel Section Head, based in Cairo. The Personnel Section Head will oversee personnel management functions, develop and implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance appraisals, and workforce planning. This role also requires analyzing HR data to support business decisions and ensure organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personnel Management and Employee Relations to effectively handle workforce operations and address employee concerns.
- Proficiency in Performance Appraisal and Recruiting processes, with the ability to implement effective evaluation and hiring strategies.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess workforce data and support organizational planning and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and collaboration.
- Proven knowledge of labor laws, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial HR role, preferably within an operational or manufacturing environment.
