Personnel Specialist- El Sharkia

SEKEM Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Personnel Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The Personnel Specialist will oversee personnel management processes, support job description development, and coordinate employee training and development programs. This role will require ongoing communication with various teams to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, as well as managing compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role also includes supporting the administration of workforce initiatives and assisting in program management tasks related to personnel operations.

• Proficiency in Personnel Management and Job Description Development
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
• Ability to implement and oversee Training and employee development programs
• Experience in Program Management related to workforce initiatives
• Relevant educational background or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools is advantageous
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Egypt
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, dynamic team
