This job opportunity is offered by ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing and maintaining employees personnel records and ensuring accurate and timely execution of personnel transactions in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employees personnel files and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Process personnel transactions related to hiring, transfers, promotions, salary changes, employee status changes, and terminations.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel forms, and other required employee documentation.
  • Manage employee attendance, absence, leave, and working-hours records in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Monitor and validate attendance data and ensure proper integration with HR and payroll processes.
  • Process annual, sick, emergency, and other types of employee leave according to company policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to personnel matters, attendance, leave, contracts, and employment documentation.
  • Prepare employment certificates, experience letters, and other official employee documents when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and processing of employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant government authorities regarding personnel-related matters and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee data on the HRIS/ERP system and ensure timely updates of personnel transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor and social insurance regulations.
  • Prepare personnel reports and employee-related statistics as required by management.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate personnel records and required documentation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or related field.
  • Years of Experience: 0–2 years of experience
  • Language proficiency: Good command of English
