Job Summary

The Sales Executive – Pest Control is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for pest control services. The role involves identifying prospective customers, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while promoting the company's pest management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and retail sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their pest control requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections when required and coordinate with the operations team for technical assessments.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities management, cleaning services, or a related service industry.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Qatar market is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good presentation and proposal preparation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities.

  • Monthly sales revenue achieved.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Contract renewal rate.
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio.
  • Customer satisfaction level.
  • Number of client visits and sales meetings conducted.
  • Collection of outstanding payments in coordination with Finance.
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

Working Conditions

  • Field-based role with frequent client visits.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend meetings based on business requirements.
  • Travel within Qatar as required.
