Job Summary:
The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective execution of pest control operations in line with contract requirements and IPM (Integrated Pest Management) standards. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance, and safety while leading and guiding field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily operational and survey activities.
- Ensure proper execution of pest control treatments using approved methods and equipment.
- Prepare, maintain, and review accurate reports, records, and documentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly activity summaries.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, appearance, and compliance with assigned duties.
- Provide continuous training, coaching, and guidance to field staff.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Contract Manager to meet operational goals.
- Submit field samples to laboratories and make recommendations for preventive measures and repairs.
- Manage materials, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
- Conduct public awareness activities during treatments to ensure safety and procedural compliance.
- Ensure adherence to service agreements and report any operational gaps.
- Support management in achieving overall service quality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pest Control, Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Supervisor or in a similar operational role.
- Knowledge of IPM standards, pest control methods, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in the field and handle operational challenges.
- UAE driving license preferred.
