Pest Control Supervisor

A Pest Control Supervisor oversees daily pest management operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant service delivery to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role combines technical expertise in pest control methods with leadership responsibilities, including supervising technicians, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and field staff.
• Inspect client sites to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure proper use of pesticides and equipment in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
• Maintain service schedules, reports, and treatment documentation.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment.
• Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Enforce workplace health and safety standards

Required Criteria:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pest control operations and integrated pest management (IPM)
• Valid pest control/operator license (as required by local regulations)
• Valid UAE driving license
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Training in chemical handling and safety (e.g., pesticide application certification)
• First Aid and HSE certification preferred
