Pet Food Sales Specialist

Proteina Organic is expanding its presence in the Egyptian pet food market, and we are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will focus on growing our customer base, developing strong relationships with pet shops and distributors, and increasing the market presence of our pet food products.

Location: Cairo & Giza

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Develop and expand relationships with pet shops, pet food distributors, veterinary clinics, and other relevant customers.
• Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers.
• Introduce and promote Proteina Organic's pet food products.
• Open new accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Follow up with customers on orders, product availability, feedback, and payments.
• Maintain an updated database of customers and potential leads.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and general market activity.
• Prepare regular sales and market feedback reports.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Previous experience in pet food, pet care, veterinary products, FMCG, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Existing relationships with pet shops and distributors will be a strong advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular customer visits.
• Target-oriented and capable of developing new business.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Owning a car is an advantage.
