For Call Center Pharmacists:
-On-site Nasr City.
- Answer incoming calls from Customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries including prescription status, order placement, refill requests, billing/payment, and general product/service information
- Achieve the required sales target according to the goals and ratios established by the company
- Document all customer interactions, including order status and resolution actions, accurately in the CRM system
- The employee's duties are not limited solely to the responsibilities mentioned above; additional duties may be assigned to them as required.

5th Settlement- Nasr City - Ein Shams - Mohandseen - Faisal - Maadi - Zayed - Masr El Gedida - Mataya - haram - Madinty - El rehab - Downtown - Shubra El Khima - Shubra-Matruh.
Pharmacists - ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS, your activities will include:
- Accurately and efficiently dispense medications to patients, ensuring proper labelling, dosage, and directions.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and appropriateness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory control.
- Provide comprehensive patient counselling on medications.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns regarding medications and health conditions.
- Educate patients on over-the-counter medications and health-related products.
- Follow up daily on the approvals through regular communication with insurance companies.
- Handle and process customer payments and complete transactions.
- Additional responsibilities according to the pharmacy operations.
- Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
- Fresh and experienced Pharmacists in a retail pharmacy are all welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
