Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Pharmacist will dispense prescription medications accurately, provide patient counseling on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. Daily responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and safety, managing inventory and storage conditions, and maintaining detailed and compliant records. The role also involves advising customers on over-the-counter products, health and personal care solutions, and supporting health awareness initiatives within the pharmacy. The Pharmacist will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure a high standard of service, contribute to smooth branch operations, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Professional pharmacy expertise, including a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent), valid pharmacist license/registration in Egypt, and strong knowledge of pharmacology and drug interactions.
- Clinical and patient-care skills, such as accurate prescription review, medication dispensing, patient counseling, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Operational and organizational abilities, including inventory management, documentation accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear patient communication, active listening, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical and digital competencies, such as using pharmacy management systems, electronic records, and basic office software to support efficient operations.
- Strong ethical standards, reliability, willingness to work in rotational shifts, and openness to continuous learning and professional development through company training programs.
- Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy settings is an advantage; familiarity with health and personal care products and local healthcare practices is beneficial.
