This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Pharmacist. The Pharmacist will compound and dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring that all regulatory and safety guidelines are adhered to. Responsibilities include patient counseling, verifying prescriptions, conducting quality checks, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with healthcare providers and the compounding team will also be key to offering personalized medication solutions.

• Licensure as a Pharmacist and knowledge of Good Compounding Practices (GCP) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong skills in medication dispensing, prescription verification, and inventory management.
• Experience in patient counseling, including explaining proper medication use and addressing health concerns.
• Knowledge of compounding techniques, including sterile and non-sterile preparations.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in understanding and implementing FDA, UAE Ministry of Health, and USP regulations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
