Pharmacist

Persian Horizon is seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with a valid DHA Pharmacist License to join one of the pharmacies under our management portfolio in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a clinically competent, customer-focused pharmacist who can operate confidently within a regulated UAE pharmacy environment while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and OTC medications in full compliance with DHA and UAE health regulations
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, potential drug interactions, correct dosage, and contraindications
• Provide professional patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory control of medications
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
• Support daily pharmacy operations, including stock management and supplier coordination
• Collaborate with healthcare providers when required to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold pharmacy SOPs, hygiene standards, and audit readiness at all times

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Valid DHA Pharmacist License (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting in the UAE (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations and DHA guidelines
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• High level of professionalism, accuracy, and patient-care focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a regulated healthcare team
