Regulatory approvals/permits acquisition for shipment clearance
Custody Transfer and maintain the Inventory of products required FANR's approval
Classification/Registration of Products (if required)
Regulatory Documents controller
Routine inspection of the warehouse according to the protocols
Logistics Credit Card payment reconciliation
License renewal / Drug Store registration renewal and all Mandatory Standards set by the Ministry of Health/DOH & Assist them upon their physical inspection at WH.
Import Invoices attestation with MOFAIC
Working as backup and support of other teammates whenever required.
Regulatory Approvals/Permits and representing the company in front of different authorities (such as MOHAP, DOH, FANR, Dubai Municipality, TDRA, MOIAT, DCD, etc)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
MOH Or DOH license
Minimum 2 year of experience in regulatory / logistics division
