The Pharmacy Branch Manager will oversee all pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, maintain excellent customer service, and drive business performance. This role requires strong leadership, pharmaceutical knowledge, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy branch
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies
• Supervise, train, and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Maintain accurate prescription records and perform quality checks
• Manage inventory levels, procurement, and stock rotation
• Provide professional pharmaceutical counseling and customer service
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive patient experience
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with upper management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / PharmD / equivalent)
• Valid pharmacist license.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmacy experience; prior managerial experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy management systems and medication dispensing
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
