Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager, based in Cairo. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with professional standards and legal requirements. Responsibilities include managing prescription processes, supervising pharmacy technicians, maintaining inventory, and providing immunization services. The role also involves implementing best practices in pharmacy care, offering consultations to patients, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Pharmacy practice, Prescription management, and Pharmacy operations
• Experience in working with Pharmacy Technicians and guiding their day-to-day activities
• Ability to provide advanced pharmacy care, including Immunization services
• Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field and a valid pharmacy license
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role within a pharmacy is highly desirable
