Role Description

The Pharmacy Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy operations, managing staff, ensuring accurate prescription processing, monitoring inventory, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations. The Pharmacy Manager will also be responsible for implementing immunization programs, optimizing pharmacy practices, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in pharmacy practices, including prescription verification and medication dispensing
• Proficiency in managing and supervising pharmacy technicians
• Experience in immunization and related healthcare services
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to adhere to healthcare regulations and pharmacy compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; valid pharmacy license in Egypt
• Relevant experience in a managerial or leadership role within the pharmacy sector is preferred
