Role Description The Photo Editor at PriyaClicks is a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some tasks suitable for work from home. This role is responsible for editing and retouching photographs from family, maternity, kids, and newborn sessions, ensuring consistent quality and style across all deliverables. Day-to-day work includes selecting the best images, color correcting, enhancing lighting, performing detailed retouching, and preparing final files for digital and print delivery. The Photo Editor collaborates closely with the photographer to maintain brand aesthetics, organizes and archives image libraries, and may assist with basic video editing for promotional content. The role also involves meeting project deadlines, communicating with team members, and occasionally supporting on-site shoots as needed.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Photo Retouching and Image Editing skills.
Candidates should possess Photo Research and Photography skills to support creative decisions and visual storytelling.
Candidates should possess Video Editing skills for short promotional clips and social media content.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or equivalents).
Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and visual consistency across projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Relevant experience in portrait or family photography post-production; formal training or a degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is beneficial.
