- Capture high-quality photo and video content for client social media accounts, campaigns, events, activations, and other marketing requirements.
- Execute all shoots in line with approved mood boards, shot lists, brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and creative direction.
- Ensure strong composition, framing, lighting, angles, and overall visual quality across all captured content.
- Capture a variety of content formats during each shoot, including photography, reels, short-form videos, stories, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign assets.
- Ensure sufficient content, variations, and coverage are captured during each shoot to meet all agreed deliverables and minimize the need for reshoots.
- Proactively suggest creative shots, angles, movements, transitions, and content opportunities while on set.
- Work closely with the Production Executive and creative/account teams to ensure all required content is captured before concluding a shoot.
- Adapt filming and photography styles according to the individual identity and requirements of each client.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and other required platforms.
- Transform raw footage into engaging and polished content that reflects each client's brand identity and approved creative direction.
- Handle all editing requirements, including cuts, transitions, pacing, music selection, sound design, subtitles, graphics, basic animation, and color correction/grading.

- Ensure all edits accurately follow approved references, briefs, mood boards, and client feedback.
- Deliver first drafts, revisions, and final content according to agreed internal deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in editing style and visual quality across each client's content.
- Implement internal and client feedback accurately and ensure repeated comments or quality issues are avoided.
- Maintain consistently high creative and technical standards across photography, videography, and editing.

- Stay updated on social media trends, filming techniques, transitions, editing styles, and platform best practices.
- Proactively bring new creative ideas, references, and techniques to the team rather than relying solely on provided instructions.
- Flag immediately if a brief, mood board, location, equipment setup, or shoot condition may compromise the expected quality or deliverables.
- Review all photography and video content carefully for technical and creative issues before submitting it internally.
- Review mood boards, shot lists, schedules, and production briefs thoroughly in advance of every shoot.
- Arrive at all shoots on time and fully prepared with the required equipment and understanding of the brief.
- Ensure cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, batteries, memory cards, stabilizers, and other required equipment are prepared and tested before every shoot.
- Maintain and properly handle all company-owned production equipment and immediately report any damage, loss, or technical issues.
- Coordinate with the Production Executive in advance regarding additional equipment, technical requirements, or production needs.
- Properly organize, label, back up, and archive all raw photography and video footage immediately following each shoot.
- Ensure all raw files are transferred to the appropriate company storage/Drive and are accessible to the relevant team.
- Maintain organized project folders and consistent file-naming structures for every client and shoot.
- Ensure no footage, photography, or final content is lost, deleted, or stored solely on personal devices.
- Deliver final edited files in the correct specifications, formats, and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all assets and raw files remain properly archived and accessible for future use.
- Attend and cover client events, launches, activations, and other occasions when required.
- Capture high-quality photography and video while working efficiently in fast-paced, live environments.

- Work closely with the Production Executive, Social Media Executives, designers, and creative team throughout the production and post-production process.
- Communicate proactively regarding shoot requirements, editing progress, delays, missing assets, or technical challenges.
- Keep all assigned tasks, deadlines, editing statuses, and deliverables updated on Asana at all times.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while respecting agreed priorities and deadlines.
- Attend internal creative, production, and planning meetings when required.
- Take full responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of assigned photography, videography, and editing work.
