Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Freelance / Part-time

Frequency: Four events per month

On-site Commitment: Approximately two hours per week

About the Opportunity

TalentLink is recruiting on behalf of Falcons United, an ambitious amateur football club based in Dubai and the home of the French and Francophone football community.

Under the motto More Than Football. One Community., Falcons United is developing a strong identity both on and off the pitch. The club is looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Sports Photographer & Videographer to capture its matches, training sessions and community events while producing engaging content for social media.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be responsible for:

• Attending one match, training session or club event per week.
• Providing approximately two hours of on-site coverage per event.
• Capturing high-quality football action, player and behind-the-scenes photographs.
• Recording engaging video footage during each event.
• Producing one edited vertical video of 15–30 seconds per event.
• Providing a selection of edited photographs after each event.
• Creating content suitable for Instagram Reels, Stories and other social-media platforms.
• Following Falcons United's visual identity and creative direction.
• Delivering the final content within the agreed deadline after each event.

Monthly Deliverables

The expected monthly scope includes:

• Four event attendances.
• Approximately two hours of coverage per event.
• Four edited vertical videos of 15–30 seconds.
• One selection of edited photographs from each event.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in photography, videography or social-media content creation.
• Sports or football content experience is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of football and the ability to anticipate key moments.
• Experience producing short-form vertical content for Instagram.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Access to suitable photography and videography equipment.
• Creative, organised, responsive and reliable.
• Able to work independently and deliver content on time.
• Based in Dubai and available mainly during evenings or weekends.
