📚 Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Graphic Designer to support Qatar Scientific Club’s activities, events, and communication efforts. The role includes capturing professional photographs, producing engaging visual content, and designing marketing materials for print, digital platforms, and social media channels. Arabic fluency and strong design skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs of events, workshops, and club activities.
- Edit and retouch photos to prepare them for publication across various media.
- Design posters, brochures, banners, certificates, and digital media assets.
- Create visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop branding and promotional materials aligned with the Club’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with event teams to ensure timely media coverage and content delivery.
- Maintain an organized archive of multimedia assets (photos, designs, templates).
- Assist in developing visual concepts for marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in photography and photo editing (portfolio required).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
- Experience designing for both print and digital media.
- Knowledge of social media content design requirements.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with video editing (optional but preferred).
- Ability to cover events on-site and adapt to dynamic environments.
