Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photographer and Videographer role based in Riyadh. The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots that showcase the clinic's services, patient journeys (where permitted), and brand identity. Daily tasks include capturing high-quality images and footage in clinical and studio settings, editing content for digital channels, and ensuring consistent visual style across platforms. The Photographer and Videographer will collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to produce educational, promotional, and social media content, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to clinic policies. The role also includes managing equipment, organizing media libraries, and preparing content for campaigns, presentations, and internal use.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in photography and videography, including composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and related production tools.
• Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar).
• Ability to plan shoots, follow creative briefs, and collaborate closely with marketing and clinical staff.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
• Commitment to patient privacy, ethical content creation, and respectful representation of individuals.
• Relevant diploma or degree in photography, film, media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience also valued.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Previous experience in healthcare

Equipment:

The clinic provides photography and videography equipment. Candidates who also have their own professional equipment are welcome.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Professional photography and videography of doctors, treatments and procedures

• Before & after photography

• Patient testimonials and interviews

• Educational and doctor-led video content

• Clinic interior, lifestyle and branding photography

• Product photography and videos

• Creating engaging Reels and other short-form vertical content

• Covering clinic events and special occasions

• Editing and post-production for both photos and videos

• Contributing to creative direction, concepts and content planning

• Working with the team to maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity across our content

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of professional photography/videography experience

• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both photography and video work

• Strong photo and video editing skills — we're flexible on the software you use

• Good understanding of lighting, composition, audio and visual storytelling

• Experience creating content for social platforms

• Ability to create a mix of premium, clean, medical, cinematic and trend-driven content

• Creative, detail-oriented and able to bring new ideas to the team

• Comfortable working in a professional dermatology/clinical environment

• Arabic and English communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively while also managing shoots independently
