Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting photoshoots for residential and commercial properties, ensuring to highlight the unique features and selling points
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for visual storytelling
- Managing photography equipment and ensuring all gear is in optimal condition for shoots
- Staying informed about trends in real estate photography and implementing new techniques to enhance visual content
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Photographer, preferably within the real estate sector or commercial photography
- Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality photography work, particularly in real estate
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for composition, lighting, and style
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach
- A driving license is required for travel to various property locations
