Photographer

This is a full-time, on-site Photographer role based in Kuwait City. The Photographer will plan and execute photo shoots, from pre-production through final delivery. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting lighting, selecting appropriate equipment and lenses, directing clients and guests to achieve natural, compelling composition, and capturing high-quality images. The role also involves editing photos, retouching images, preparing final image sets, coordinating with videographers and other team members, and maintaining camera and studio equipment.

• Strong technical photography skills.
• Proficiency in photo editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of composition, color, and lighting to create consistent, high-quality imagery under varying conditions.
• Excellent client-facing skills, including the ability to direct individuals and groups, maintain a calm presence, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle shoot schedules, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Fluency in English.
• Relevant training or education in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in Kuwait and reliable on-site presence in Kuwait City.
