We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to capture stunning visuals that showcase our properties in the best light, helping us attract and engage potential buyers and investors.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, both interiors and exteriors.
- Edit and retouch images and footage to enhance visual appeal while maintaining authenticity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for listings, social media, and promotional materials.
- Manage and maintain all photography and video equipment to ensure readiness for shoots.
- Stay updated on real estate photography trends and emerging technologies to continually improve visual content quality.
- Coordinate with property owners, agents, and staging teams to plan and execute photo and video shoots effectively.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a real estate photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse property types.
- Proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and post-production techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its aesthetic preferences is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to meet project schedules.
