Photographer/Videographer

CBA Real Estate is seeking a creative and technically skilled Real Estate Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality visual content for our property listings, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full content production process—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create visually engaging property tours, agent content, reels, promotional videos, lifestyle content, and professional property photography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph residential and commercial properties using professional photography equipment.
• Shoot high-quality property videos, walkthroughs, cinematic tours, reels, and short-form social media content.
• Film real estate agents for property presentations, personal branding, and promotional content.
• Plan and execute creative concepts, shot lists, angles, compositions, and filming requirements.
• Edit video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, listings, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Edit and retouch property photographs to ensure professional and consistent presentation.
• Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, voiceovers, color correction, and other post-production elements as required.
• Produce both horizontal and vertical content optimized for different platforms.
• Ensure all final content reflects CBA Real Estate's professional brand image.
• Coordinate with agents to understand property highlights, selling points, and content requirements.
• Manage footage, photographs, project files, and content archives in an organized manner.
• Deliver content within agreed deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated with current real estate content trends, social media formats, editing styles, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Support the marketing team with additional creative content as required.
• Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably within real estate, property, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industries.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate photography and videography.
• Strong video editing and post-production skills.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, camera operation, and audio recording.
• Ability to create engaging short-form content for social media.
• Strong attention to detail and visual creativity.
• Ability to work independently from concept to final edited product.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and property marketing is an advantage.
