Photographer & Videographer

Eminence Real Estate is looking for a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our growing team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases our properties, agents, brand, and company activities across digital and social media platforms.

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent technical skills, and the ability to produce content that reflects a premium real estate brand.

• Photograph residential, luxury, and off-plan properties to a high professional standard.
• Film property walkthroughs, video tours, Reels, social media content, and promotional videos.
• Create engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Capture professional content of agents, team activities, events, launches and company campaigns.
• Edit photographs and video footage to a high-quality, consistent brand standard.
• Manage the full content process from planning and shooting through to editing and final delivery.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with Eminence Real Estate's brand identity.
• Stay up to date with current social media trends, video formats and content styles.
• Maintain and organise photography and videography equipment.
• Manage multiple shoots and projects while meeting deadlines.

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography skills.
• Experience in real estate, luxury property, hospitality or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, audio and other production equipment.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom and/or After Effects.
• Strong understanding of social media content and short-form video.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
