Photographer/Videographer

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing Department to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, platforms, and required deliverables.
• Participate in content planning and recommend suitable visual approaches for di erent brands and activities.
• Develop mood boards, visual references, shot lists, production schedules, and location requirements before each shoot.
• Conduct location inspections when required to assess lighting, framing, accessibility, operational conditions, and production needs.
• Identify any required props, equipment, permissions, styling, or logistical arrangements before production.
• Coordinate with marketing, hotel, tourism, transportation, and operational teams to prepare locations and participants.
• Ensure that all required approvals and arrangements are secured before commencing production. Photography and Videography
• Capture professional photographs and videos for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.
• Produce content for hotels, rooms, restaurants, facilities, tourism services, transportation fleets, corporate activities, employees, events, exhibitions, and operational locations
• Adapt the production approach to suit di erent requirements, including corporate communications, social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and printed materials.
• Apply strong knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, camera movement, sound, and visual storytelling.
• Direct employees, guests, models, or other participants professionally during shoots when required.
• Travel to di erent locations and cover activities outside regular working hours when required.
• Edit photographs and videos to a professional standard.
• Perform color correction, color grading, retouching, sound enhancement, sequencing, and other required post-production work.
• Produce di erent versions and formats based on the intended platform, including social media, websites, presentations, digital advertising, and display screens.
• Regularly review the Group's existing photography and video assets. • Identify outdated, missing, inconsistent, or low-quality visual content.
• Recommend new content requirements based on campaigns, business priorities, seasonal needs, and platform performance.
• Support the development of a consistent visual style for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.
• Organize all raw and edited files using a clear and consistent folder and naming system.
• Maintain an accessible visual asset library for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in photography, Film Production, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
• Proven ability to manage the full production process, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.
