Role Overview
Lead end-to-end physical design execution for complex SoCs, driving delivery, scalability, and PPA optimization and handling a sizable team
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-chip/block-level PD from synthesis to signoff
- Drive PPA closure
- Lead teams and customer engagements
- Define methodology and automation
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on expertise in Innovus / ICC2 / Fusion Compiler
- Timing closure using PrimeTime
- Extraction using StarRC
- LEC using Formality
- IR/EM analysis with RedHawk/Voltus
Preferred Skills
- Strong TCL scripting capability
- Python scripting is a plus
- Experience in advanced nodes (7nm and below)

Education
BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
