Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, deliver effective treatments, and monitor progress. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and participation in community awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and design personalized treatment plans
• Deliver and adjust rehabilitation programs based on progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Support education, training, and community outreach activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid SCFHS license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
