Physical Therapist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based at Heal Centre For Rehabilitation in Riyadh. The Physical Therapist will assess patients physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, implementing rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role involves close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families on exercises and preventive care, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The Physical Therapist will also support discharge planning, coordinate home exercise programs, and contribute to continuous improvement of care standards within the center.

Qualifications

• Clinical care skills in Medicine and Patient Care, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Professional expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in Home Care and follow-up programs, supporting patients with safe and effective continuity of care outside the rehabilitation center.
• Recognized degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with valid professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to educate and motivate patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage a clinical caseload, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation and reporting.
• Prior experience in rehabilitation or hospital-based settings is preferred; familiarity with assistive devices and therapeutic equipment is an advantage.
