- Arkansas State board license.
- BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
- Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
- Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I. CPR certification required, but can be completed upon hire.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
